Ellianos Coffee

This Ellianos location will be losing some long term costumers now. We have been going to this location for years and have really enjoyed. But lately there is no more quality. Best coffee (carmella) in town when made good... 1 of 5 were good. The other 4 either gone cold or bitter. It shouldn't take 30 min to get through a coffee line.... This was the last time. My wife ignored at mobile pick up. First took 20 minutes to get to window and then they left her tapping on the window for 10 minutes. No answer and no acknowledgment. She left with no mobile pick up and was late for her new job. Very disappointing Ellianos. Very disapponting...

I worked in restaurants and I’m never trying to be a Karen but for goodness sake, I am so frustrated. I placed an order online for a cold coffee box for the adults attending a kids outdoor birthday party; placed the order Saturday afternoon (~6 hours before close) for pickup Sunday at 9:15 am. I arrived at 9:15 and they handed me hot coffee (~$20/box) without comment. I told them I had an order placed for a cold coffee box (~$30) and they said *oh yeah did you order on the app? Sorry- we didn’t get that order in time. We don’t have enough cold coffee. You can have the hot coffee though.* But I’m going to a park in May in Florida where all the adults are already hot. Hot coffee absolutely sucks in this scenario. They said we’ll have you a refund in a couple days. Well, I’ve called three times over the last nine days and I’ll be calling back tomorrow to check on it because still no one has handled it or reached out. This is an awful way to conduct business. I’m so sorry that I messed with this place and that they’re still wasting my time and energy, but they owe me $34.

by far, my favorite coffee shop! The coffee is high quality; even their plain latte is still tastes amazing, whereas most coffee shops add a lot of flavors and sugar to make their drinks taste good. My pup loves going, too! She gets excited anytime we pull into the parking lot! I've been to Eliano's a lot and the staff has always been so nice and helpful!

I always post reviews on businesses google accounts because I know it makes a difference to some companies. Ellianos in Tallahassee this is not your best work. I am highly disappointed in the employee that made this, and the employee that served it and closed the window quickly without saying anything

12.11.23 at approximately 8.30a we had our first Ellianos experience! We trekked from Wakulla Station just for the experience. I immediately explained that I was a first-timer. The care and consideration we received thereafter was great! One person brought a paper menu to my parked car.... Amazing!!! What worked well was customer service including patience & friendliness. The food (cookies & muffin) were amuse bouche! Our drinks (a simply sweetened black tea & a customized gingerbread latte) were adequately flavored. We'll definitely return with hopes of a second location opening on the other end of Tally....
